📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Domestic (U.S.): Flat rate or calculated at checkout via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • International: Rates vary by destination and carrier. Customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location

📬 Tracking & Confirmation

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • For lost packages, we’ll help file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
