We want you to love your 3D printed purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, these are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
• Articulated & Home Decor Prints: Must be returned in original condition. Partial refunds may apply if items show signs of wear.

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Eclikitstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Digital files
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

🧾 Refunds

• Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your item arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
